Our website is reviveguard.com. Our client application is
hosted at app.reviveguard.com.

aggregate, anonymised form only.
2.4 Communications
If you contact us by email, we retain the content of that correspondence to handle your request
and maintain a support history.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not
use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the
following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the service you
subscribed to
- Legitimate interests — security monitoring, fraud prevention, product
improvement
- Legal obligation — complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Consent — where we have explicitly asked for and received your consent
(e.g., marketing emails)
5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate ReviveGuard:
- Paddle.com — payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of
Record). Paddle's privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy

- Hosting infrastructure — our application runs on servers provided by cloud
hosting providers (EU/US region)
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to
provide the specific service to us.
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or
safety of ReviveGuard, our users, or the public.
6. Cookies
Our marketing website (reviveguard.com) uses minimal cookies:
- Session cookies — essential for the client application to function
(authentication, CSRF protection)
- Analytics cookies — anonymised, aggregate usage data to understand how
visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected through
analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not
affect access to our service.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our
service. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after
cancellation, to allow for reactivation.
- After 90 days post-cancellation, your personal data is deleted or anonymised, except where
retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes — retained for 7
years).
- Website backup files are deleted within 30 days of service termination.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
