About ReviveGuard

We built the prevention layer, because we do the recoveries.

ReviveGuard comes from WaybackRevive , a restoration team that brings websites back after they've been lost, hacked, or broken. We built this so our clients never need that kind of help twice.

The origin

What restoration work teaches you about prevention.

People come to WaybackRevive on their worst day. The site is gone , domain lapsed, host failed, an update broke everything, or someone got in through a plugin that had a fix available for months. Our job is to piece it back together.

Do that long enough and the pattern is uncomfortable: almost every disaster was preventable. Not with enterprise tooling , with someone watching renewals, keeping software current, and keeping a real backup somewhere the failure couldn't reach.

Tools wait for a busy owner to check a dashboard. We built the service we kept wishing our restoration clients had already had.

Experience, built in

Every design decision traces back to a recovery we've done.

These aren't product features we invented in a meeting. They're answers to failures we've already fixed by hand.

Alerts

Why 60, 30 and 7 day warnings

We've restored sites for owners who lost their domains to squatters after one renewal email went to an inbox nobody read. Three staged alerts , to an address you confirm , make quiet expiry effectively impossible.

Backups

Why backups live off your host

We've watched hosts lose data, hold restores hostage behind fees, and in a few cases disappear entirely , taking their “daily backups” with them. Yours live in encrypted private cloud storage — independent of anyone who could fail you, with access limited to the ReviveGuard team protecting your site.

Updates

Why a snapshot before every change

We've rebuilt sites destroyed by a routine plugin update that couldn't be undone. With a verified recovery point taken minutes before every change, “the update broke the site” becomes a short rollback , not a full rebuild.

How we work

Deliberately small intake. Personally reviewed sites.

We accept a maximum of 26 new clients a month , roughly one per working day. That's the time it takes to review a site properly, set up monitoring, verify the plugin connection, and confirm the first backup restores cleanly.

Every site is reviewed by a real person before we take responsibility for it. At capacity, you join a waitlist and we tell you exactly where you stand. We'd rather onboard slowly than protect badly.
